Join us for a rejuvenating start to your weekend, with a Pilates class, complimentary smoothie and protein balls, followed by stress reduction meditation on Saturday 14th May from 9.30 – 11.30am at the luxury Lorna Jane studio in Covent Garden.
The session will be run by Nutritionist and Pilates instructor Ruth Tongue and Mindfulness expert and Founder of Technotox, Lucy Faulks.
